Liza Malamut

Liza serves as Adjunct Lecturer in Historical Trombones at Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, and is passionate about teaching students of all levels. She taught applied lessons at Tufts University and has given masterclasses and chamber music coachings at institutions throughout the United States. Liza is an active instructor at historical performance workshops including Amherst Early Music Festival, Mountain Collegium, the Madison Early Music Festival, and Pinewoods Early Music Week. Her private studio welcomes trombone and sackbut students of all ages and experience levels.
